Guidelines for creating your 3D design:
- The 3D object must have a flat base.
- Object must be closed.
- No more than 45° overhang, imagine your model like a tree with all the branches going up.
- Stability. Will it stand? Add a base or distance between the legs.
- It is possible to split the model in pieces to simplify the print.
- Save cost by creating hollowed object. The hole must be touching the surface of the object (usually at the bottom).
- Minimum element thickness is 1.5 mm.
- Best results are achieved with volumetric models.
- Max build volume 19x19x19cm.
- File type is STL (you can always include your original 3D file if fixing is needed) include a 1m side cube for scaling.
Pricing
- Material cost 5.- chf/linear meter (based on mass of the object).
- Printing time cost 8.- chf/hour (based on complexity/size of the object).
